Job Description Manage civil defense litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial prep Represent clients in insurance defense matters involving auto, general liability, and premises liability claims Evaluate cases early and develop thoughtful litigation strategies aligned with client goals Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations Conduct legal research and draft strong, persuasive legal documents Negotiate settlements and help drive cases toward efficient, favorable outcomes Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of your caseload Qualifications JD and Arizona Bar admission in good standing 2+ years of directly relevant civil defense litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Ability to manage files independently and stay organized in a fast-paced practice Insurance defense experience strongly preferred Why You Will Love Working Here We offer the kind of environment many attorneys want but struggle to find: strong litigation work, real mentorship, supportive colleagues, professional development, and flexibility.
