Defense Litigation AttorneyHinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a national law firm with a strong reputation in litigation and insurance-related matters, seeks a senior associate, senior counsel, or service partner-track attorney to join its growing Defense Litigation practice in Phoenix.This opportunity is particularly well-suited for an accomplished litigation attorney who has developed strong legal, case management, and client service skills and is seeking a platform for long-term professional growth. Candidates who may have limited partnership advancement opportunities at their current firm, but who are interested in assuming greater responsibility and pursuing a clear path to firm leadership, are encouraged to apply.The successful candidate will work directly with clients and firm leaders on sophisticated litigation matters involving commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury defense, and other complex disputes.
