About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to oversee the hands-on operations at the community level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the community's profit and loss, financial performance, and the leadership of employees to ensure resident and family satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as the implementation of the company's policies and procedures. A key focus for the Executive Director is the sales and marketing process, with the aim of maximizing revenue and maintaining a strong market position. The role also involves financial management, including budget preparation, and the identification of opportunities to generate and maximize revenue. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2-5 years' of prior General Manager or Administrator experience, or 5-10 years' in senior living, hospitality, or skilled nursing, with at least 5 years' at the management level. A valid driver's license and, if mandated, a valid license to operate an assisted living facility are required. The role demands a professional with strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, who can effectively manage time and multitask. The Executive Director will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in sales and marketing, including lead generation and closing, and to have the ability to represent the community in various public settings.
