Senior Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support multiple sales agencies in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment. This is a great opportunity for an accountant who wants hands-on exposure to month-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and acquisition integration .

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and excited by the chance to take ownership while learning across multiple business units, this role could be a strong next step.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily accounting for multiple agency locations
• Review and post AP/AR, expense reports, credit card activity, invoicing, bank transactions, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare intercompany and reclass entries
• Research and resolve billing, coding, and account discrepancies
• Help onboard newly acquired agencies into company accounting processes and systems
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
• Partner with agency teams to strengthen workflows and internal controls

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation and month-end close skills
• Exposure to intercompany accounting is a big plus
• Experience in multi-entity environments or system transitions is helpful
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
