As a member of the Special Technology Programs (STP) Program Integration Team you will support the Military Development Programs (MDP) and GATORWORKS organization in various tasks.

The position requires the use of historical and forecast data to perform trend analysis, and variance analysis to identify issues and recommendations to management.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the STP program life cycle process Proposals, Program Initiation, Execution and Closeout
• Support OMM sales (manpower forecasts) by running status reports and providing guidance/updates to the Program Managers and/or Senior Management
• Uphold the STP Program plan development, Earned Value analysis, schedule execution (have experience with Primavera, MS Project and SAP), variance analysis, manpower requirements and budget maintenance
• Be a liaison between the Program Office and Contracts, Pricing, Finance and other support organizations
• Lead and/or participate in other special projects/events/programs as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business
• A minimum of 8 years of financial analysis/planning/scheduling experience required
• At least 4 years of previous possessing strong systems skills, understanding accounting analyzing abstract concepts
• At least 3 years of experience using SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Suite of products including Project
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
