Logistics Associate Location: Onsite in Miami, Florida
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00pm–10:30pm
Pay Rate: $29.00/hour About the Role Kelly® is seeking detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join a leading manufacturing operation as a  Logistics Associate . Drive your career forward with hands-on responsibility for material flow, inventory integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement—all while ensuring safety and quality every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse material flow processes, from the dock to production and shipping, using forklifts and other transport methods.
• Accurately input, retrieve, and process inventory and parts data using warehouse information systems, including SAP.
• Proactively assess and pull materials to support production schedules.
• Identify and resolve inventory errors using both physical and systematic approaches.
• Consistently follow all warehouse safety standards and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Maintain 5S standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Uncrate critical components for the general assembly team.
• Support indirect material storage and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate parts delivery for general assembly and base operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
• Skilled in operating heavy warehouse equipment.
• Can routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with Substance Abuse Policy.
• Day 1 Requirement: ASTM F 2412 & F 2413 compliant composite toe safety shoes.
