Job #: PR1043929-R213043 Term: 9/14/2026 – 6/30/2027 Rate: Based on State Term Contract Location: 605 Suwannee Street Tallahassee, FL 32399 Telecommuting will be allowed. Interviews may be conducted through teleconference. Term does not mean that the awarded contractor or resource is locked in for the full period. Any contractor or resource may be terminated for cause, convenience, or funding during the contract term.

Scope of Services: The Procurement Systems Analyst for PALM Readiness position will be responsible for remediation tasks for the Procurement Development Application (PDA), Consultant Evaluation (CE) Application and the Professional Prequalification Application (PPQ) due to the implementation of the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system. Tasks will include developing designs and functional specifications for Procurement applications related to PALM remediation and making modifications to Procurement applications for PALM remediation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of systems analysis/programming experience.

Primary Job Duties/Tasks

1. Provide code remediation for PALM impacted Procurement Applications
2. Work with a team to implement technology solutions for the client Procurement Office related to PALM impacts
3. Communicate with stakeholders and partners such the client Office of Information Technology

Job Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities

SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure SQL, C#,.NET, DevOps, Azure Cloud.
