About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department in delivering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing confidential information. The Human Resources Assistant will be a key point of contact for employee inquiries, helping maintain compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries (in person, by phone, and by email).
  
   
• Issue written warnings and ensure all employee documentations are accurate and up-to-date.
  
   
• Distribute and manage HR paperwork (ex: contracts, disciplinary forms, benefits documentation, etc.).
  
   
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related questions.
  
   
• Maintain and manage access to HR systems and employee portals (e.g., time tracking, payroll, onboarding platforms).
  
   
• Ensure HR records and files are organized and confidential.
  
   
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  
   
• Assist with reporting and audits when necessary.
  
   
• Translate and interpret documents and communication in English/Spanish..

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role
  
   
• Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  
   
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
   
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  
   
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  
   
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour (based on experience)
