Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Accounting/Office Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounting tasks and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting processes. Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits. Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
