Continuous Improvement Manager

A global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence and turn Lean/WCM initiatives into measurable, sustainable results. This role will partner with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, standardize best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial manufacturing, with leadership responsibility in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives Strong experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean, or similar continuous improvement systems Knowledge of 5S, autonomous maintenance, standard work, reliability improvement, problem-solving, and statistical analysis Strong communication, change management, and influencing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
