Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular wellness checks and establish therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient history, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to conduct both group and individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to best serve each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, assessing progress regularly to ensure therapeutic goals are being met.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients, identifying their specific needs and challenges related to mental health.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and children, focusing on healing dysfunctional behaviors and enhancing communication skills.

• Guide clients through crises, offering support and intervention when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
