Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• xecute daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely vendor payments and accurate customer billing.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions daily to track expenditures, generate financial reports, and analyze numerical data.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial documentation while collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Demonstrate previous bookkeeping experience and a proficiency in spreadsheets to support the onsite accounting department.
