Apply today and be part of a team where your contributions are valued, your potential is unlocked, and your success is our priority.Status: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Process high volume of invoices in Medius & Sage IntacctResponsible for timely and accurate payments to all vendors in assigned marketsReviewing outstanding bills that have been received and rectifying issues to avoid continued problemsMaintain accurate records of online account informationCreate & process weekly payment batches for vendor's and subcontractor's bank wires and in-house check runs:Analysis and reconcile vendor statements, ensure all bills have been receivedAssist the Accounts Payable Manager with any month-end or closing tasksAssist Staff Accountant Team with Reconciliation of bank accountsEnd-of-month audits of P&L reports and other assigned tasks as neededAssisting with company rebates & warrantiesOther various tasks as assigned by the accounting leadership teamMaintain SOP’s and cross-train team membersParticipate in leadership & teamwork training opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or +2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or related departmentExperience in Sage Intacct or similar ERP SystemsIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and OutlookAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and Pet Insurance401(k), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), UHC Rewards, Rally Health, and One Pass SelectPaid professional development, leadership training, and relocation opportunities nationwide80 hours of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO)For more information, please visit DaBella.us#INDCORPORATE #J-18808-Ljbffr
