Accounts Payable Specialist

Reconciliation of accounts
Monitoring of vendor account details for all exceptions and other irregularities
Maintain accounts receivable customer files with backup for invoices
Follow established procedures for processing receipt, pending approvals due to system tolerance failure
Promptly investigate and resolve vendor queries regarding purchase orders, invoices and payments
Prepare month end journal entries
Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Proficient in Excel using V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Strong communication, being able to communicate with vendors
Experience with managing accounts payable from vendors and suppliers
Has experiences with reconsolidations in Excel
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
