Bi-Lingual Admin Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring for a Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire position.

Duties include:
* Answering phones
* Creating proposals
* Sending out emails
* General clerical duties
* General invoices in QuickBooks
* Bi-lingual in Spanish mandated
* Assist with clients and answer questions regarding services
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks is required

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)

Pay: $ 20-22/hour
