Job Description Job Description Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Job description: Job Title Logistics Coordinator Job Type Contract – 12 Months Pay Rate $24–$28/hour (W2) Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Onsite Work Location Cerritos, CA 90703 Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, PODs) Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation Coordinate with warehouse teams and customers on shipment status and issues Track shipments and resolve discrepancies or delivery exceptions Process and verify logistics-related invoices Support billing, payment discrepancies, and claims resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP/WMS experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and collaborative Adaptable to changing priorities Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
