Desired Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Rhode Island (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based documentation
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and eager to adapt in new environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a caseload of 14 students during ESY session
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy activities
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Promote student independence and functional skills
