Director of Sales (Staffing Industry) Remote

Only candidates with proven staffing sales or recruiting experience will be considered.

This senior individualcontributor role is focused entirely on new client acquisition within the professional staffing industry. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a strong network able to open doors with midmarket and enterprise clients and drive significant revenue growth. This is not a peoplemanagement role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new midmarket and enterprise clients in professional staffing.
  

• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through contract execution and onboarding.
  

• Develop and execute a strategic businessdevelopment plan focused on revenue growth.
  

• Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decisionmakers across TA Procurement HR and Operations.
  

• Leverage an established staffing industry network to accelerate opportunities.
  

• Build strong relationships with prospects clients and industry partners.
  

• Identify opportunities to expand directhire and contingent staffing solutions.
  

• Collaborate with internal fulfillment and account teams to ensure successful client launches.
  

• Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
  

Requirements

MustHave Qualifications

• 10 years of successful staffing sales or recruiting industry experience (IT F&A Engineering or other professional verticals).
  

• Proven track record of acquiring new midmarket and enterprise clients.
  

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual revenue goals.
  

• Strong relationships within the staffing and talent ecosystem (TA Procurement MSP CW).
  

• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  

• Strong hunter mentality and ability to independently generate new business.
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

• Bachelors degree required.
  

• Ability to travel 23 times per year.
  

• Must reside in the United States.
  

• Candidates with primarily healthcare or lightindustrial staffing backgrounds will not be considered.
