We're actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant will play an important role in planning, promoting, and executing event-based marketing campaigns. This position provides comprehensive training in event marketing strategies, experiential marketing, promotional campaigns, direct marketing, brand awareness, visual merchandising, customer engagement, and consumer market research .

Successful completion of our training program can lead to opportunities for advancement into a Marketing Team Lead or leadership position.

• Assist with the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Represent client brands at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations
• Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
• Support experiential marketing campaigns designed to create memorable customer experiences
• Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing and retail promotional events
• Assist with event setup, merchandising, promotional materials, and campaign execution
• Communicate product and brand information clearly and professionally to customers
• Collect consumer feedback and market insights to support marketing campaign development
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals
• Develop strong communication, leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Track campaign performance and contribute to continuous marketing improvements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in an energetic, fast-paced event marketing environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in event marketing, customer service, retail, sales, promotions, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
