About this Position Up to $8,000 Sign‑On Bonus Offered, based on experience Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑time position at Davie Kidney Center, Mocksville, NC. Health Systems Management, Inc. HSM has a reputation for high quality patient care and efficient business operations. We seek compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Dialysis Team. Responsibilities and Physical Demands Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients. Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients. Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Act as team lead when necessary in work assignments. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care appropriate to each patient’s age and developmental status. Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care. Position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending. Education Requirements and Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
