Work Environment

This position operates in a home care facility, where therapists provide therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, developing effective treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise, hands-on manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Design and implement individualized treatment regimens to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals, fostering recovery and rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, self-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, networking, and participation in relevant professional organizations to stay informed of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, chronic pain patients, and those with mobility issues due to injury or illness. By working closely with patients and their families, you will play a critical role in their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications for documentation and progress tracking.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Experience in home care settings is advantageous, although not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt and provide flexible care tailored to individual patient circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
