Flexible Muscle Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to become a valuable part of our team at our outpatient clinic in Freehold, New Jersey. Work Environment

This full-time position is performed onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in a supportive, state-of-the-art therapy environment. Our clinic focuses on outpatient services, and you will work a regular Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistency and balance in your professional life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care, assessing unique goals and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a dedicated caseload, ensuring that each patient receives focused attention and quality care.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to administer physical therapy techniques that enhance recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment protocols designed to maximize patients' movement and mobility, with an emphasis on non-surgical approaches.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources.
• Design and adjust fitness and wellness programs to meet individual patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that promote effective and personalized care, while motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvements.
• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatments, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals managing chronic conditions, and patients seeking rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in good standing, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional skills in developing and conducting effective exercise programs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation.
• Strong baseline knowledge and application of up-to-date physical therapy practices supported by current research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
