divh2Internal Communications Manager/h2pThe primary function is using the internal targeted messaging tool to communicate with employees. He or she will support customers in reaching the right audience with the right message internally while also using the analytical tools to support continuous improvement./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3p Managing the request process and creating collateral and assets for distribution Help to enforce email policies and standards related to community activity, content creation and organization, and visual and written standards. Creating graphics for email campaigns Measure the effectiveness of communications, prepare monthly analytics reports and understand key performance metrics./ph3Required Education, Experience Skills/h3p A bachelors degree is required. The manager would prefer to see degrees in marketing, communications, or similar fields. A minimum of 2-4 years of related experience with communications and/or marketing is required. Manager would like to see candidates with skills sets in:/pulliWriting (general writing) and editing/liliKnowledge of Associated Press style (AP style)/liliGraphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) experience a plus/li/ulp Communications are time sensitive so selected hires will need to be able effectively to manage and prioritize their workload (time management). Selected hire will on occasion need to reach out to the person or group who sent the communication for clarification purposes. In order to ensure that those conversations/connections are effective, the manager would like to see candidates with good customer service skills. Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods would be beneficial./p/div
