Personal Lines Account Manager

Position: Personal Lines Account Manager in Bristol, Connecticut - $75k per annum

Client is a well-established and growing agency seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Manage new and renewal personal lines business, including home, auto, umbrella, and related policies

Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and completeness

Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and coverage recommendations

Advise clients on coverage options and help tailor policies to meet their needs

Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes in a timely manner

Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims questions, and coverage concerns

Work closely with carriers to secure competitive coverage and resolve issues

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners

✅ Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with personal lines policies (Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)

Prior client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills

Insurance agency or brokerage experience preferred

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
