Bilingual Account Manager

Managing an assigned portfolio of clients, the full-time Bilingual Account Manager will serve as the primary resource for self-funded group health plans, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, plan performance reviews, and compliance management in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the liaison between clients, brokers, and internal departments to administer self-funded health plans Conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance and foster client relationships Prepare and present reports, training sessions, and facilitate the renewal of existing cases Required qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience At least three years of experience in an account management role Strong knowledge of employee medical benefit plans and group health insurance Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred
