Outside Sales Representative

Overview This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, and facilitate the application process. Your efforts will also include driving referrals through community organizations and organizing recruitment events. Travel within a two‑hour driving distance is required and the role offers potential commission earnings. Job Title ADE - Charlotte Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to two‑hour driving distance) to present and pitch the program opportunity. Generate interest among businesses to apply and qualify them for the program. Guide businesses through the application process and manage activity in Salesforce. Collaborate with the Field Manager to plan and host community recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Engage with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service. Experience in outside/field sales. Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Prior experience in roles involving sales and negotiation. Professionalism and enthusiasm in teamwork. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Tech‑savvy with experience in multiple systems and technologies. Ability to travel up to four hours round‑trip daily. Work Environment The role involves being on the road 4‑5 days a week and working from home the remainder of the time. It requires residing in or near North Charlotte. The position includes a phone allowance and mileage reimbursement. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits $26.00 – $27.00 per hour.
