Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 or 48 hours per week available | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements — travelers are expected to work major holidays that fall within their assignment period
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated deadlines
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• Must have all RTO finalized at time of submission — no schedule changes or RTO requests accepted post-offer or on-site
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing; all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with high-acuity emergency patient populations
• Strong adaptability and ability to float within facility as needed
