Client Relationship Manager

As the primary point of contact for partner clients, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will manage day-to-day relationships, guide clients through the engagement process, and ensure timely resolutions while working in Coconut Grove, FL. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted point of contact Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience 1+ years of client relationship, account management, or customer success experience within tech, SaaS, finance, or tax a plus but not required Foundational knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services strongly preferred but not required Proficiency in CRMs and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends during peak season (Jan - April)
