Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lockbourne, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay : $70,000 per year (exempt, paid twice per month). Schedule : 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with flexibility for additional hours. Benefits 401(k) savings plan with company match Employee stock purchase options Employee discounts on tools, cars, appliances, travel, and more All major holidays paid and paid time off within first year Up to 12 weeks paid maternity leave Summary Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and oversees daily logistics operations, provides coaching, development, and training to staff, and recommends improvements to facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. Essential Functions Supervise, coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations. Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations. Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach and counsel, and recognize team and individual successes. Promote diversity and inclusion, cultivating team spirit and seeking opportunities to improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend performance awards or merit increases. Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes. Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations. Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, ensuring adherence to company rules and policies. Provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them necessary information, technology, and materials. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. 0 to 1 year direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
