Compensation: $100,000–$200,000+ Total Compensation (Salary + Performance Bonus + Long-Term Incentive)

The Opportunity

As President, you will be responsible for the overall operation and continued growth of the company.

You will work directly with the founder during a structured transition period before taking responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day company operations
• Manage project management, estimating, field operations, purchasing, warehouse, and administration
• Own financial performance and profitability
• Drive revenue growth
• Build and mentor the leadership team
• Develop operational systems and accountability
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in strategic planning
• Recruit and develop future leaders
• Preserve the company's culture while helping it continue to evolve

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of executive leadership experience
• Experience managing a commercial construction, electrical contracting, or low-voltage integration business
• Strong financial and business management skills
• Experience managing teams of 30+ employees
• Strong understanding of commercial construction operations
• Ability to develop people while holding teams accountable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High integrity and professionalism

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Structured Cabling
• Security Systems
• Access Control
• Video Surveillance
• Audio Visual
• DAS
• Network Infrastructure
