Outside Sales Representative - Illinois

Key Responsibilities Include
Attending pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments for in-home sales presentations and product demos
Using innovative software for accurate measurements and damage assessments
Negotiating and closing deals to meet homeowner needs
Building community relationships and contributing to company growth
Qualifications And Skills
No prior sales or construction experience required; comprehensive training provided
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to appointments
Availability during midday, evening, and weekends
Compensation And Benefits
Uncapped commissions with weekly pay, averaging $2,500 per sale, plus monthly bonuses
Successful representatives can earn between $125,000 - $250,000+ annually
