Vice President Operations

Vice President of Operations TXM Hospitals is looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Vice President of Operations to help build and launch a physician-led healthcare organization and microhospital at our facility in Manor - TXM Manor ER & Hospital. This is not a traditional corporate VP role with established departments, large teams, and mature systems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and personally digging into the work when needed. The VP of Operations will help build operational systems, manage major projects, coordinate with clinical, regulatory, financial, construction, and IT partners, and ensure that priorities move from discussion to completion. Key responsibilities include: Building practical operational systems, workflows, and accountability processes Managing projects related to the hospital launch and ongoing operations Working with IT teams and vendors to build secure and scalable infrastructure Using AI, automation, and modern technology to improve efficiency and decision-making Evaluating, negotiating with, and managing vendors and consultants Tracking priorities, deadlines, risks, ownership, and deliverables Identifying operational gaps and taking responsibility for resolving them Helping recruit and organize the operational team as the company grows The ideal candidate will have: Strong operations, project management, or business leadership experience Experience building systems and processes from the ground up The ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information Experience negotiating with vendors and holding outside partners accountable Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills The ability to work effectively with founders, physicians, consultants, and technical teams An interest in using AI and technology to build a more efficient organization Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools is critical FSED and microhospital experience is preferred. The right person will be practical, resourceful, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership. They should be able to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy and make progress without waiting for perfect information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
