Sales Coordinator

To support the NST Consumer Post Sale team, the full-time Sales Coordinator will manage purchasing and order maintenance while delivering world-class customer service in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression Deliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email Proactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience Required qualifications Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Results oriented with a strong customer service mindset High attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism Ability to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize work
