Gastroenterology Physician

Specialty :Gastroenterology - Advanced (ERCP) Start date Dec End date :Dec Coverage : On Call SCHEDULE : 24 hr call coverage with rounding Hospital is looking for Locum GI for coverage for the below dates. Provider will be added to a pool for ongoing shifts as needed. December 24 (7a) through Monday, December 28 (7a) = 4 days total 24hr call coverage No clinic coverage. The provider will be covering the hospital, so rounding on any inpatients, doing procedures as needed, and covering any ED & inpatient consults. Locum would cover any current GI patients/consults, as handed off by one of five local GI's, handle any new ED or inpatient consults/needs, then hand back off to one of our five local GIs. Bread and Butter GI. ERCP training preferred . (Only those with prior GI privileges at facility will be considered, if not currently ERCP-trained) 100% adult for inpatient. We do see peds in the ER, but do not have an inpatient peds line. EMR - Epic Submission Requirements Board Certified GI - REQUIRED Active GA license at time of submission - REQUIRED GA DEA/CSR - REQUIRED BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/Background for quick credentialing REQUIRED Note Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED Provider must be Local, no flights REQUIRED A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
