This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and communicating company and product information in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities Represent the company professionally during promotional activities and events. Provide information about products and services. Assist with promotional outreach and customer engagement initiatives. Build positive relationships through friendly and professional interactions. Identify customer interests and provide relevant information. Support lead generation through in-person outreach. Assist with product and service presentations. Distribute promotional materials and information. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to the team. Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and community members. Strong relationship-building and listening abilities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous public relations, marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required.
