Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to establish the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate both psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and help address common mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services during times of acute mental health challenges, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring your records are up to date in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a diverse range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. You will engage with clients of all ages, allowing you to utilize and expand your therapeutic skills while fostering a supportive, patient-centered approach that encourages recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and appropriate therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
