This position is structured as a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Our community health clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, providing the atmosphere and support necessary to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions. We handle in-house credentialing and insurance participation, removing administrative burdens so you can focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on client needs.

• Perform the initial comprehensive assessment for new clients and triage care based on their immediate and ongoing requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to communicate treatment plans, and document sessions accurately to ensure continuity of care.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, providing case management that includes consultation with community resources, hospital teams, and relevant programs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Complete documentation ethically and timely, adhering to departmental requirements, and participate in patient rounds and meetings to discuss ongoing care.

Your focus will encompass a diverse population including adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues. As a mental health counselor, you will address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
