Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding, and we're looking for driven sales professionals who want to build their own business in the communities where they live and work.
This isn't a traditional sales job with a desk, a set route, or capped earning potential. It's an independent 1099 opportunity for someone who wants to get out into their market, build relationships, win new accounts, and develop a book of repeat business.
There is tremendous opportunity in nearly every market. Think about the businesses you drive past every day:
- Trucking and delivery fleets

- Auto and diesel repair shops
- Agricultural operations
- Equipment rental companies
- Manufacturing and industrial facilities

As an independent sales representative, you'll have the freedom to build your own schedule and customer base while earning commission, monthly and annual bonuses, and recurring income from repeat customers—with no cap on earnings.
We're looking for people who are comfortable prospecting, enjoy meeting business owners and decision-makers, and want their income tied directly to the business they build.
