* The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during 2nd shift
1. Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable Job Description/Summary:
The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Additional Details:
- Client facing role - requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude
- Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning
