This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives in a growth-focused environment and wants to help shape the future of hospice care while making a meaningful impact on patients, families, and team members.Why Join Castle Hospice?Experience the excitement and influence of helping grow a developing hospice program.Build and implement strategies that drive growth, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.Work alongside a supportive and mission-driven leadership team.Enjoy the stability, resources, and reputation of a well-established healthcare organization.Make a lasting impact on patients and families during some of life's most meaningful moments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and direction for hospice operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand services and strengthen community presence.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hospice regulations and accreditation standards.Partner with clinical leadership, medical directors, referral sources, and community organizations to enhance patient care and business development efforts.Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary team.Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Analyze operational and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and continued growth.Serve as an ambassador for Castle Hospice throughout the community and healthcare network.QualificationsProven leadership experience as a Hospice Executive Director, Administrator, or similar senior healthcare leadership role.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in hospice operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and team leadership.Strong understanding of Medicare hospice regulations, state requirements, and industry best practices.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational outcomes.Passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care and supporting patients, families, and staff.Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.Master's degree preferred.About Castle Senior LivingCastle Senior Living is a family-owned and locally operated organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
