Mechanical Assembly Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Assemble industrial pumps and mechanical components according to production specifications Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures Mechanical Assembly Qualifications: Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable transportation and attendance Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
