BBB SD II is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Rolls-Royce Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for an honest, dependable professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or safety concerns and communicate recommendations to the Service Advisor.
• Document all repairs, diagnostics, and recommendations on repair orders.
• Complete repairs within established timelines and communicate any delays promptly.
• Save and tag warranty parts when required.
• Road test vehicles as needed to verify repairs.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and stay current on technical bulletins and repair procedures.
• Assist in mentoring apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly care for dealership tools, equipment, manuals, and customer vehicles.
• Comply with all federal, state, local, OSHA, and hazardous waste regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately.
• Support Master Technicians and the Shop Foreman as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Automotive certification required
• Experience working on exotic or high-line luxury vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

• Associate degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent education and experience
• BMW or Rolls-Royce dealership experience
• Factory certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the service department for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and computer systems while performing repairs.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a dealership service department.
• Must be able to work safely around vehicles, automotive equipment, tools, noise, and shop conditions while following all safety procedures.

Pay

$38.00–$46.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
