Payroll/HR Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX Zip Code: 75234 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $21.56/hr.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $21.56/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description: Core Responsibilities:

• Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities
• Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system
• Review records for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to basic employee and manager questions (via email)
• Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete information
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-ups
• Provide general administrative and clerical HR support

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience
• Experience with general I-9 information and completion
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred (Not Required): Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)
