We're hiring for a full-time MRI technologist to join our Seattle Radiology team. We're looking for a candidate who is patient-focused, compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional care with a commitment to clinical excellence.
Compensation:
Hours: This is a full time 4-10's /weeks days, no weekends.
Location: Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Nestled between the shimmering waters of Puget Sound and the towering peaks of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, Seattle offers breathtaking views and abundant outdoor activities. - Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
- Appropriately protocol all orders in advance for any precautions or contraindications including, but not limited to implanted devices
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
- Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion and compliance with HIAA regulation.
- Advanced registry certification in MRI required
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
- Washington State MRI Technologist license required
- Current certification in healthcare CPR
- Experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
