Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Current RN License (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri) - 1 year of inpatient Stepdown experience **Required Certifications:** - BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA) only **Preferred Certifications:** - None specified **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Trach/Vent experience **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - None specified **Patient Type and Care Requirements:** - Experience with respiratory heavy units; handling conditions such as respiratory failure, ETOH, overdose, GI bleed, electrolyte imbalance, COPD, cancer **General Qualifications:** - Strong teamwork, dependability, and flexibility **Working Conditions:** - Perform duties that include standing and walking most of the time, significant bending and stooping, and lifting and turning patients with assistance - Must be capable of pushing, pulling, gripping up to 50 lbs., and pinching up to 15 lbs. - Potential high risk of exposure to blood and body fluids
