Shipping Clerk Technician - Chaska, MN

*Pay: $19-$20/hr
*Location: Chaska, MN
*Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
*Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time
*Job Summary: Join a growing team supporting the testing, refurbishment, and shipment of electronic equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with basic computer skills who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, inventory tasks, and shipping operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
-Key Responsibilities:

• Verify equipment and components against work orders
• Run basic diagnostics and test computer systems
• Image hard drives and reinstall Windows as needed
• Track serial numbers, MAC addresses, and other equipment data
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Support inventory, packaging, and shipping operations
• Perform light assembly and refurbishment using hand tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

-Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Related Experience:

• Electronics refurbishment or integration experience
• Inventory control and warehouse operations
• Basic hardware/software troubleshooting
• Packaging and shipping experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
