What You'll Do

As a Remote Sales Team Leader , you'll combine client-facing responsibilities with coaching, mentorship, and team development.

Sales Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor, and support developing sales representatives
• Help team members strengthen communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills
• Conduct virtual coaching, training, and development sessions
• Encourage accountability, consistency, and professional growth
• Help representatives establish goals and improve performance
• Support onboarding and development of newer team members
• Promote a collaborative, service-focused team culture
• Participate in leadership meetings and advanced professional development
• Continue developing your own coaching and management capabilities

Client Service & Sales

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Work with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Identify client needs through professional, needs-focused conversations
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Recommend appropriate benefit solutions
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

Representatives connect with qualified client opportunities and individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits , allowing the team to focus on relationship building, education, enrollment, and professional client service.

As a Team Leader, you'll also help developing representatives learn how to conduct effective virtual appointments, communicate value, build trust, and provide an exceptional client experience.

Compensation & Leadership Income

Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor sales and leadership opportunity , not a salaried management position.

Income opportunities may include:
