Shift: Weekend Day Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Summary

Seeking an Manufacturing Operations Associate to support production operations in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Skilled in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment while following established SOPs, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Experienced in conducting routine inspections, identifying production issues, and supporting troubleshooting activities to maintain smooth operations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate production records, documentation, and material traceability. Knowledgeable in maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas while supporting continuous production activities. Effective team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively toward process improvements. Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance, and productivity while adapting to changing production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, GMP requirements, SOPs, and company guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support efficient production and maintain high-quality products.
• Perform routine inspections of materials, components, equipment, and finished products to identify defects or abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and accurately complete production records, DHRs, logbooks, and inspection documentation.
• Maintain accurate material identification, lot numbers, quantities, and product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support material dispensing, line startup, changeover, line clearance, reconciliation, and other production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area throughout the assigned shift.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and Lead Operators to identify and implement process improvements.
• Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues, and production discrepancies clearly and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Participate in required training programs to enhance technical skills, manufacturing knowledge, safety awareness, and overall job performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, materials, quality, or inspection environment preferred.
• Experience operating or monitoring manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, safety procedures, and manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Ability to accurately identify materials, quantities, lot numbers, and product information.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and production priorities.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
