Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional patient care in the ICU, respecting individual privacy and adapting communication accordingly
Utilize the nursing process effectively to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures tailored to their needs
Document care accurately using EPIC and other clinical documentation tools
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and professional communication skills
Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

Required: Current RN license in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications, at least 2 years of RN experience with ICU expertise, proficiency in EPIC documentation and effective communication skills
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, additional clinical specialty certifications, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
