Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to financial advisors and their clients. You will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience, and you will also assist in the annual business planning process and marketing activities. What We Provide Comprehensive 6‑month training and mentorship A wide support network from your branch office to the home office Opportunity to work independently while being backed by a large team Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and ensure a superior client experience. Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year. Listen for client life changes that may indicate a need for additional services. Handle marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Learn and understand the financial services industry; support account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing client‑meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Assist in streamlining processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan. Work independently following the direction of the financial advisor. Qualifications and Skills Analytical thinking Attention to detail Adaptability Strong conversational skills Digital tool utilization (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MoneyGuide) Team collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. Account Management: Learn and apply knowledge of the financial services industry; handle account transactions, documentation, and record keeping. Administrative & Operational Support: Independently manage administrative tasks, support client meetings, and collaborate on marketing initiatives. Streamline processes and execute the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
